Kaizen Active Timesheets - Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Active Timesheets Software, you can return it to Kaizen Systems Ltd in its original condition within 28 working days of the date the software was installed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the software to us (unless the software is faulty). On receipt of the returned goods, Kaizen Systems Ltd will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods, or an exchange credit as required. You must return the software to Kaizen Systems Ltd in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

If your software is found to be faulty, we will supply replacement software, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. Should a fault occur after the initial 28 days, we will resolve your concern in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation.
